Collection and Use digiploy collects information from users at several different points on its Web site and it is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Registration and Contact Forms In order to use some of our services, users must complete various forms on our site. These forms requires users to supply their contact information (e.g., name and address). We use this contact information to repond to users about the services for which they have inquired or to notify them of special offers. It is optional for users to provide certain information (such as organizational information), but we encourage users to provide this information so that we can provide a more personalized experience on our web site. Surveys & Contests From time-to-time digiploy will request information from visitors via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary. This contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used to make improvements to our Web site. This information may also be shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis (no individual demographic information will be supplied to advertisers). Security digiploy has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. digiploy takes every precaution to protect our visitors' information. We also take precautions to protect visitor-information off-line. All of our visitor's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
